Download the app
Once you find the correct Light Phone icon, press ‘Install’ and the Light Phone app should begin downloading. As soon as it downloads, you can open the app.
Pair my phone
Load my speed dial contacts
Open the app and tap the arrow at the bottom of the splash page. When the menu slides up, you will see ‘contacts’ at the top of the menu. Tap ‘contacts’ and you will immediately be directed to the 1-9 list of contacts. Next to each number are plus signs, tap the plus sign to add a contact. The Light Phone app pulls contacts from your smart phone’s contacts, so when you begin typing a name word prediction will appear and you select the contact you want to add.
In your System Preferences, go to Phone and select 'Call Forwarding.' You will be prompted to enter you Light Phone number, then you can switch on call forwarding.
Release Go Light
In your System Preferences, go to Phone and select 'Call Forwarding,' and switch it off.
Answer my Light Phone
When receiving a call on your Light Phone, to answer tap ‘∆’
Make a call dialing a number
To make a call on the Light Phone, enter the phone number and tap ‘∆’
Make a call with speed dial
To make a call with speed dial contacts on the Light Phone, long press the number from 1-9 that you want to reach and you will see the contact’s name appear on the screen, then press ‘∆’
Ignore a call
To ignore a call tap ‘X’

Functions of ∆
The ∆ function let’s you make calls, answer calls, access the menu, and select menu items. A long press on ∆ will show ‘MENU’ on the screen. Numbers 1-9 can then be entered to go into different categories under the menu.
How do I navigate the keyboard?
Once you are in the Menu (long press ∆), you can enter numbers to go to certain categories and scroll. Numbers 2 & 8 scroll up & down, and numbers 4 & 6 scroll across.
Remember to navigate through the menu with 2/8 scroll up/down, 4/6 scroll across and ∆ to select
1 Sounds: Ring, Silence
2 Outgoing: across to view date and time of call.
3 Incoming: across to view date and time of call.
4 Missed calls: across to view date and time of call.
5 Time: across standard, 24-hour, no time
6 Cloud mode: on, off, set pin, show pin
7 Deepsleep: on, off
8 OTA settings
9 Info: FW version; Modem version; IMEI; IMSI; which carrier; SIM status; HW version; Available storage
